Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were
meant to be there. To serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson or
help figure out who you are or who you want to become.
You never know who these people may be but when you lock eyes with them, you know that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way. And sometimes things happen to you at the time that may seem horrible,
painful and unfair, but in reflection you realize that without overcoming
those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, will
power or heart.
Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of
good luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer
stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small
tests, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere.
Safe and comfortable but dull and utterly pointless.
The people you meet affect your life. The successes and downfalls that you
experience can create who you are, and the bad experiences can be learned
from. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones.
If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them because
they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious
to whom you open your heart.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they
love you, but because they are teaching you to love and to open your heart
and eyes to little things. Make every day count.
Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can,
for you may never be able to experience it again.
Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Let
yourself fall in love, break free and set your sights high.
Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a
great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in
yourself, no one else will believe in you. Create your own life and then go
out and live it.
"If you take your eyes off your goals, all you see are obstacles."
The difference between great people and everyone else is that great people create their lives actively, while everyone else is created by their lives, passively waiting to see where life takes them next. The difference between the two is the difference between living fully and just existing ,,,,,,,,,

The Butterfly
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are
exactly what we need in our lives. If we didn't pass through our lives by any obstacles, we would be crippled .
We would not be as strong as
what we could have been. We could never fly!
And Allah gave me Obstacles and Difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for wisdom .....
And Allah gave me problems to solve.
I asked for prosperity .....
And Allah gave me Brain and Brawn to work.
I asked for Courage ......
And Allah gave me Danger to overcome.
I asked for Love ......
And Allah gave me troubled people to help.
I asked for Favors .....
And Allah gave me opportunities.
Always trust in Allah :) :)

Secrets of success
Many people want to be successful in their lives for more personal fulfillment and joy. The definition of success can have a different meaning for everyone. Although everyone has their own way of finding success, there are certain things that you need to be aware of in order to have more joy and fulfillment. Make a habit of practicing these fifteen points so that you can be the rock star of your life!
1. How You Think is Everything.
Always be positive. Think Success, not Failure. Beware of a negative environment. This trait has to be one of the most important in the entire list. Your belief that you can accomplish your goals has to be unwavering. The moment you say to yourself “I can’t…”, then you won’t. I was always given the advice “never say I can’t” and I’d like to strike those words from the dictionary.
I’ve found that from time-to-time my attitude waivers. A mentor of mine once said “it’s ok to visit pity city, but you can’t stay and there comes a time when you need to leave”. Positive things happen to positive people.
2. Decide upon Your True Dreams and Goals:
Write down your specific goals and develop a plan to reach them. Write down my dreams and goals? Develop a plan to reach them? You mean like a project plan? Yes, that’s exactly what this means. You may have heard the old adage: A New Years resolution that isn’t written down is just a dream, and dreams are not goals.
Goals are those concrete, measurable stepping stones of achievement that track your progress towards your dreams.
3. Take Action:
Goals are nothing without action. Be like Nike and “Just do it”. I took action by reaching out and started writing. Every day I try to take some action towards my goals. It may be small, but it’s still an action. Have you taken action towards your goals?
4. Never Stop Learning:
Go back to school or read books. Get training & acquire skills. Becoming a life long learner would benefit us all and is something we should instill in our kids. It’s funny that once you’re out of school you realize how enjoyable learning can be.
5. Be Persistent and Work Hard:
Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Never give up.I think every story of success I read entails long hard hours of work. There is no getting around this and there is no free lunch. But, if you’re working towards something that you’re passionate about, something you love – then is it really work?
6. Learn to Analyze Details:
Get all the facts, all the input. Learn from your mistakes. I think you have to strike a balance between getting all the facts and making a decision with incomplete data – both are traits of successful people. Spend time gathering details, but don’t catch ‘analysis paralysis’.
7. Focus Your Time And Money:
Don’t let other people or things distract you. Remain laser focused on your goals and surround yourself with positive people that believe in you. Don’t be distracted by the naysayer’s or tasks that are not helping you achieve your goals.
8. Don’t Be Afraid To Innovate:
Be different. Following the herd is a sure way to mediocrity. Follow through on that break-out idea you have. Ask yourself “What would I do if I wasn’t afraid?”
9. Deal And Communicate With People Effectively:
No person is an island. Learn to understand and motivate others. Successful people develop and nurture a network and they only do that by treating people openly, fairly and many times firmly. There is nothing wrong about being firm – just don’t cross the a-hole line.
10. Be Honest And Dependable:
Take responsibility, otherwise numbers 1 – 9 won’t matter.

Don't waste your time
You think you aren't Pretty, there is always someone Uglier.
You want more Money, many people are in Poverty.
You want many Friends, someone doesn't even have Parents.
You are Hungry, a child is Starving.
You want to go to the Mall, someone is looking for anything he can wear just to stay warm.
You are Chilly, others are Frozen.
You just want to Die, Most people want to Live.
So, don't waste your time on things that you think you want because there is always someone out there who need it much more than you could ever possibly know.
Also, be Thankful for what Allah gave you, poverty can be beyond imagination.

Be a good presenter "Improve your presentation skills"
- Keep the focusYour presentations skills are just as important as the information you are presenting. This guide will help you prepare for a presentation and polish your speaking skills for a successful pitch.
- Most executive presentation skills training sessions begin with learning how to structure your presentation for maximum focus.
- Don’t keep the people guessing what the session is about, outline the objectives right at the beginning.
- Clearly state WIIFM (What’s in it for me) from the point of view of your listeners. Is the presentation you are giving, for information sake or for idea generation? Tell them how they will benefit for it.
- Use appropriate diagrams, graphs, charts etc. to clarify difficult points. Do not solely rely on your verbal descriptions.
- Make a clear plan with time lines for the session, so you do not loose focus or direction.
- Limit unrelated discussions during the presentation by committing some extra time for those topic after the session is over (commit only if enough people are interested)
- Clarify right at the beginning of the session which language is preferable for the audience (in case of bilingual audience)
- Check with the participants sitting in the farthest corner if you are clearly audible.
- Keep your voice loud enough so it doesn’t sound weak, but low enough so it doesn’t sound too bossy. Video yourself to understand the correct volume for your voice (usually 7-8 decibels is accepted as optimum level).
- You are a presenter but not a NEWS presenter! People will connect almost immediately with you if you show emotions in your voice. Use inflections and changes in pitch to add meaning to your words. Vary your volume and pace to get people interested. Record yourself to verify how well you are doing.
- Speak a little slower than you speak in normal circumstances. Pace your speech so that each word is separately audible.
- A presenter who does not exude energy fails to inspire the audience. Be the powerhouse of the group, even if you have to fake it!
- Keep the energy quotient high in participants by involving them in activities and discussions.
- Body should move naturally. Fidgeting does not qualify as energetic body language!
- You do not have to move around the room to get attention. Use your energy well by creating magic in the area you feel comfortable in. Just make sure your comfort zone is not too close to one of the participants.
- Keep eye contact with participants. Try to make eye contact with as many people as possible, but do not make it like a robot. Keep it natural. By that I mean between 1 to 5 seconds, never just for fraction of a second.
- Do not write on the board, read notes or slides while speaking, this not only breaks the eye contact, it reflect poorly on your preparation.
- When someone asks a question, start and finish your answer looking at him/her. But do not maintain the eye contact throughout. Look at other people while answering the question.
- I can’t say this enough. Never go in for a training unprepared!
- Prepare an outline of the training or small notes, the size of a visiting card. So you can take help if you get stuck. Write just the keywords in bold letter on those for quick reading.
- Learn small pieces by heart which should not be improvised. For e.g. some statistics, theme for visualization exercise etc. But that’s it! Practice what you are going to say, but do not learn verbatim.

Be Patient
Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence ....
Talent will not; nothing in the world is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.....
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is a proverb....
Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
So, always be patient in your life ... u will get what u wanna ;)

Why smiling ?!!
It is a fact that the world looks beautiful when you are smiling and you looks the prettiest one ever when you smile. Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. Smiling is just one fun way to live longer :)Now, Read about other reasons for your smile:
1- It makes you attractive:
Your face is public
property and it should give always smile at everyone. An unpleasant face can
destroy the others' mood and why should you allow yourself to inflict your stress to
others. Just imagine how much beautiful would the world be if we all smiled at
each other?
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want
to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls
and grimaces all push people away -- but a smile draws them in.
2- It changes your mood:
When you are feeling depressed, frustrated or simply feeling down, try to put a smile on your face, your mood will be changed to better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
3- Smiling is infectious:
When you smiles, not only you will feel happy but you will affect others' as well and makes everything beautiful. With smiling face, you can bring happiness with
them. Smile a lot and you will draw people to you.
4- Smiling relieves stresses:
With smile, you can
throw your stress away from your face. Smiling helps you to prevent you from
looking tired, overwhelmed and worn down. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.
5- Smiling enhance your immune system:
While smiling, your immune
function system improves because you feel relaxed and thus prevent you from the
colds and flu. So smiling can also helpful to keep you away from medicines.
6- Smiling lifts the face and let you looks younger:
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear
younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the
day -- you'll look younger and feel better.
7- Smiling reduces your blood pressure:
There is a great
reduction in your blood pressure when you smile. So try to smile if you have a
blood pressure monitoring system at home. Take a reading and sit for while.
After then, smile for at least one minute and then again check reading while
still smile at your face.
8- Smiling is linked with heart and wisdom:
Smiling is linked
to the heart and to wisdom. The wisdom of a
human being begins with thoughts in the heart, but if it remains there the
wisdom is self-serving. In order for that wisdom to make the world a better
place it needs to be expressed through the mouth. When we open our mouths and
speak we share ourselves with the world. Smiling is a symbol of our willingness
to open ourselves up to others.
9- Smiling makes you seem Successful:
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted,
and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and
appointments and people will react to you differently.
10 - Smiling helps you to stay positive:
Try this amazing test. Smile and then try to think something negative without losing your smile. You will feel it’s hard for you to think negative while smiling. This is because when we smile, a message is send to whole body that “Life is beautiful!” So stay away from depression, worry and stress by smiling.

7 Tips to reach your goal
1- Be S.M.A.R.T.:
Set S.M.A.R.T. goals. This goal setting acronym approach has been around for a long time and it still works! You increase your odds of reaching your goal if you answer yes to all of these as you set it:
· Specific – have I described details rather than general ideas of the goal?
· Measurable – can someone else measure and see that I reached my goal?
· Attainable – is this goal actually reachable?
· Realistic – even if it is reachable, is it realistic that I am willing to do what it takes to reach it.
· Timeline – do I have a deadline for reaching this goal?
2- Document:
If it’s not documented, it’s not going to happen. Most leaders learn quickly (often the hard way,) if it isn’t documented it didn’t happen. Goal setting is similar, it must be documented. The act of writing your goal down creates a sense of commitment and also allows you to read it. Reading your goal gives your mind more confidence that achieving it is possible. We tend to believe what we read, that is why magazines like The Globe can sell stories about aliens abducting Bigfoot. Write your goals down and look at them frequently.
3- Why Me!?:
Why is the goal important to you? Think about what benefits the goal offers you. What rewards are associated with reaching this goal? Do you want those rewards? If not, you are not going to stay committed to reaching the goal. The bigger the why, the greater chance of success. If your why is big enough, you will usually figure out the how. It is up to you to discover a why that makes you want to achieve the goal.
4- No Magic:
Resist magically turning excuses into reasons. I have witnessed people magically turn what appeared to be an excuse into a perfectly justifiable reason for not achieving a goal. This powerful magic trick can only be reversed by the magician who performed it. We are all amateur magicians in that sense. We are all guilty of accepting situations as final and giving up on goals. If we want to reach goals (especially those worthwhile difficult goals) we must fight the urge to perform and leave the magic to Penn & Teller.
5- Habit Forming:
Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Much like a successful diet, goal setting works best when it becomes part of the fabric of your life. Yo-yo dieting is a huge issue in the United States. People get motivated to lose weight, so they start the latest fad diet. After a few weeks (or even hours in some cases) we find ourselves on the downward spin of the yo-yo. The people that have had the most success with losing weight long-term are the ones who have made a healthy diet permanent part of their life - not a temporary prison sentence they are waiting to get paroled from. The same can be seen with goal setting. The more a part of your life it is, the easier it becomes and the greater your success.
6-Get Help:
Have a coach help you through the process. If you are pursuing a large or long-term goal, you may benefit from the support of a coach. Depending on the importance of the goal, this can be a professional coach or even a trusted co-worker or friend. A good coach will support you, while at the same time holding you accountable to do your best. In most cases, it is wise to not share your goal with everyone. Many people love to pick goals apart and you may find yourself using your energy to defend your ability to reach your goal instead of using it to achieve your goal. A safe, trusted advisor may be just what you need to reach your goal, but choose wisely.
7-Impress Yourself:
Set goals that impress you. When we start to walk as small children, every step is applauded. This constant positive reinforcement is used to encourage our desire and persistence to walk. Eventually, they stop clapping. This is because you have moved beyond walking and onto more difficult physical challenges. As a leader, you have likely achieved a level of success at work. In order to stay sharp and continue to grow, your goals must progress beyond your current status. It is more important that your goals impress you, than impress others. Michael Jordan did not become the “Michael Jordan” by limiting himself to what impressed others.
Take the wisdom in these tips and strengthen your goal setting techniques. Improved goal setting will lead you to great achievements. How great? Well, that is up to you. The funny thing about goals is, the more goals you get, the more goals you want to get

Forgive Yourself
"Forgiveness, we forgive others much more easily than we forgive ourselves."How easily do we recall our past errors and how easily do we forget our past triumphs?
Going over and over our errors so we relive them time and time again, yet when we achieve something we write it off easily to luck, circumstances or because of somebody else.
Learn from the errors (we all have them), and grow with each success, each one is a stepping stone to where you want to go.
Celebrate, and pat yourself on the back, if you are waiting for somebody else to do it you may wait a long time.
Then eyes on your next achievement.
